By purchasing a subscription, accessing ITOS or using any ITOS service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms of Use and Subscription Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ITOS, the ITOS website, its software, subscriptions, educational material, community services and related features.
By subscribing to, accessing or using ITOS, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, access or use ITOS.
ITOS means Institutional Trading Operating System. It is an analytical software platform designed to provide institutional market analysis, educational information, market visualisations and decision-support tools.
ITOS is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, portfolio manager or trade execution service.
ITOS does not provide personal financial advice, investment recommendations or guaranteed trading results.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to subscribe to ITOS.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ITOS complies with the laws and regulations that apply in your country or jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate and current information when subscribing to or registering for ITOS.
This may include your name, email address, Discord username, TradingView username and payment information.
You are responsible for protecting your account details and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must notify ITOS promptly if you believe that your account or subscription access has been compromised.
ITOS is provided through a paid monthly subscription unless another subscription period is clearly stated at checkout.
The price, billing frequency and features included in your subscription will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Where recurring billing applies, you authorise the payment provider to collect the subscription charge at the beginning of each new billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains valid and that sufficient funds are available when payment is due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided through your account, payment provider or by contacting ITOS support.
Once your subscription is cancelled, no further recurring subscription payments will be taken.
Unless otherwise required by law, your access will continue until the end of the subscription period for which payment has already been received.
Your access to ITOS will end automatically when that paid subscription period expires.
Payments for a subscription period that has already begun are not normally refunded merely because you choose to stop using ITOS before that period ends.
This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
During an active subscription, ITOS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the service for your own lawful purposes.
Your subscription gives you permission to use ITOS. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, algorithms, documentation, branding or intellectual property.
Unless ITOS has given prior written permission, you must not:
Some ITOS features may require access to a compatible TradingView account or another third-party service.
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts required to use ITOS.
TradingView, Discord, Stripe, PayPal and other third-party providers are independent services and are governed by their own terms and policies.
ITOS is not responsible for interruptions, changes, restrictions or failures caused by a third-party platform.
ITOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by TradingView unless this is expressly stated otherwise.
ITOS may use Discord or another community platform to provide announcements, support, installation guidance and community discussion.
You must treat other members and ITOS staff respectfully and comply with any published community rules.
Harassment, threats, fraud, spam, unlawful activity or deliberate disruption may result in removal from the community and suspension of related services.
All rights in ITOS remain owned by ITOS or its relevant licensors.
This includes the software, source code, algorithms, institutional engine structure, visual systems, website, documentation, educational material, logos, branding, graphics and other original content.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by purchasing or using a subscription.
You must not use ITOS:
Trading financial markets involves significant risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your trading capital.
ITOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or future success of any analysis, alert, visualisation, campaign, confidence score or trading opportunity.
All final trading decisions remain entirely your responsibility.
Your use of ITOS is also subject to the Trading Risk Disclaimer.
ITOS may be updated, improved, repaired or temporarily unavailable from time to time.
Features may be added, changed or removed where reasonably necessary for development, security, legal compliance or service improvement.
ITOS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but reasonable efforts will be made to maintain and restore the service.
ITOS may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable belief that:
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, you may be given notice and an opportunity to correct a breach before access is permanently terminated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that protection, ITOS is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made in reliance upon analytical information supplied through the service.
ITOS is also not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of internet services, brokers, exchanges, TradingView or other third-party platforms.
You remain responsible for independently reviewing every trading decision and applying appropriate risk management.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
If ITOS digital content or services do not meet legal requirements, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to ITOS, its subscriptions, applicable law or third-party services.
The updated version will be published on the ITOS website together with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where a change materially affects an active subscription, reasonable notice will be provided where required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections available under applicable law.
